UHSH Summer League 2025 Player Registration

If you are an existing member, you can use your 2024-2025 USA Hockey Player Membership number.

If New - Registration will require the 2025-26 USA Hockey Player Membership number and the submission of school verification and/or residence verification to complete the registration.

Required Documentation for Player Registration 

2025-26 USA Hockey Player Member Registration Number.
- USA Hockey Member Registration opens April 1. https://membership.usahockey.com/
- Student Id or other academic institution/program documentation.
- Birth Certificate for those who have not played on a USA Hockey team. 

Proof of 2024-25 School Enrollment. Acceptable documentation includes:
- Legible Screenshot or jpg of student ID with student/player name, academic year, school name and school grade visible.
- For home school and online students. Official institution documentation for the program in which the player is enrolled. Must include a minimum of the student/player’s name, academic year, program name and the current academic grade of the registering student/player.
- Proof of residence may be requested to determine the player’s boundary school and team. A copy of the utility bill from the parent/guardian is acceptable for proof of residence.

Submission of false documentation or false information may result in ineligibility of the player and sanctions for the Trustee, Coach, Parent, and Team.

Games will be played May through July.

• MS and Girls JV will start
• JV and Girls V will play second
• V will play third.

Current School Year 2024-2025 – This is a change from previous years.

Middle School:

• 2024-2025 6th, 7th and 8th graders
• Incoming 6th graders 2025-2026 will not be able to join us this year, which is a change from previous years.

Junior Varsity:

• 2024-2025 – 9th, 10th, and 11th graders.
• Current 12th grade players will not be able to play summer.
• Grouped by skill level.

Varsity:

• 2024-2025 – 9th, 10th, and 11th graders.
• Current 12th grade players will not be able to play summer.
• Grouped by skill level.

Jersey:

Provided by UHSH.  You keep the jersey when games conclude.
