If your student's boundary team does not have a team, your player is still eligible to play for an independent team formed from players from several high schools. To see which independent team your student would be assigned to, please see the boundaries page:

FAQ About Eligibility
In compliance with UHSH Policies and Procedures, some players may require eligibility determinations in order to play on a UHSH Varsity or JV Team. This form must be completed by the Trustee with assistance from the player and coach of the affected team.
Please allow at least one week to evaluate and render a decision by return email.
