Welcome to the 2024-2025 UHSH Player Registration.
Please read through all the instructions and complete ALL steps in the registration process.
Step 1: Complete your player registration for the 2024-25 regular season.
At the end of Step 1 you should receive a confirmation email with a link to complete Step 2.
Step 2: Submit your players school ID/credentials so we can verify their team eligibility.
If you do not receive the confirmation email in a timely manner please use this link to complete step 2.
If you have not played for a USA Hockey sanctioned team in a previous season it is required that the player’s birth certificate be submitted and reviewed by the Utah State Registrar prior to the player being eligible to participate in team activities, practices or games. Submission of the player’s birth certificate is done once in their lifetime with USA Hockey. The Salt Lake County Recreation League is operated outside of the auspices of USA Hockey and so if your player has only played in Salt Lake County league, their birth certificate will need to be submitted to the State Registrar prior to participating in the Utah High School Hockey league. If your player was born in 2007 or earlier, the player will need to complete Safesport training at SafeSport Program Training (usahockey.com). This must be done as soon as possible as the registrar cannot add you to the roster and you cannot participate in games or practices, until this is done.
